Shipping & Delivery: Tailzshield acts solely as a facilitator for products and services offered by third-party vendors and insurers. Shipping and delivery of any products are subject to availability from the respective vendors. Tailzshield does not guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays, shortages, or errors caused by the vendors.

Refunds – Tailzshield Services: Refunds for Tailzshield medical reimbursement plans or services are only available before the activation process begins. Once a plan is activated or coverage has commenced, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

Refunds – Partner Products or Services: Refunds, returns, or cancellations for third-party products or services are governed entirely by the respective vendor or insurer’s terms and conditions. Tailzshield does not control, process, or guarantee these refunds and is not liable for any disputes arising from third-party policies.

Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the service has been activated or partially used.

If the denial of service arises due to incorrect, falsified, or incomplete information provided by the user.

For digital products, downloads, or activated memberships.

Any other circumstances explicitly excluded by the respective vendor or insurer’s policies.

Processing: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or as per the respective vendor/insurer policy. Users are responsible for reviewing the specific refund terms of the vendor or insurer before purchase.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tailzshield (operating under Aayur Enterprises), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively referred to as the “Owner” or “We/Us”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:

Your access to, use, or misuse of the Website or its Services;

Your violation of these Terms of Use or any other applicable policy;

Any breach of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property or confidentiality obligations); or Submission of false, misleading, forged, or unauthorized documents or information through the Website.

You agree that the Owner shall have the right to appoint and retain its own legal counsel and may actively participate in its own defence at its discretion, without limiting your indemnification obligations.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement. Tailzshield is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, riots, or government actions.
